Customer support is available via telephone, FAX, email, and our self-service website. Phone support is available Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. For issues of a less urgent nature, our email service is available 24x7. We are 100% committed to helping you resolve operational issues. In the rare event that we cannot resolve your support issues remotely, dedicated on-site support is available—note that charges for time, travel and/or hotel expenses apply.
