Mexon Technology announces successful certification of iET ITSM by Serview as “SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL“

Leusden, March 24, 2016 – Mexon Technology announces that its software, iET ITSM, has been certified as complying with all “18 processes” (This is the maximum of ITIL Processes that Serview is certifying for „SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL“.)

With this certificate, the independent consultancy SERVIEW recognizes software solutions for ITIL®. SERVIEW herewith confirms the ITIL® compliant implementation of processes and the consistent use of the essential ITIL® terminology. The iET ITSM service management tool from iET Solutions scored highly in the assessment, demonstrating tight integration of all processes, and simple configuration. The solution’s integration capabilities allow it to be embedded into virtually any existing IT landscape. Due to its high scalability and flexibility, the software is suitable for companies of any size. iET ITSM has a modular design and offers comprehensive functionality out of the box. iET ITSM has been awarded with the SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL accreditation for 18 processes within the following ITIL® disciplines: service design (7 processes), service transition (4 processes), service operations (5 processes), continual service improvement (2 processes)

The strong integration capabilities of iET ITSM have once again been demonstrated by version 8.1, which was introduced in December 2015. The software allows data synchronization with Microsoft Exchange Server by synchronizing contacts, tasks and calendar entries between iET ITSM and Microsoft Outlook. Integration of iET ITSM with the DoXite document composition software developed by DETEC means that companies can now easily create new reports with an appealing, well-formatted layout.
