New accreditation from SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL confirms the business value of iET® ITSM beyond IT service management.

Leusden, August 16, 2017 – Mexon Technology announces that its software, iET® ITSM, again has been awarded SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL accreditation by the independent consulting company SERVIEW GmbH for four new solution areas. This latest certification recognizes the value that iET® ITSM delivers beyond the IT department by managing key processes within human resources, customer service, facility and marketing.

iET® ITSM had already received SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL award for the ITIL® phases within the service lifecycle: service strategy, service design, service transition, service operations and continual service improvement. With this additional certification, iET Solutions extends its solution offering to encompass a wide range of additional processes in the following business areas:

  • HR service management (14 processes)
  • customer service management (16 processes)
  • facility service management (17 processes)
  • marketing service management (14 processes)
